sometimes i wonder why am i so greedy.. im supposed to abstain from oily, spicy food and milk.. but i couldnt resist the pizza and chicken wing just now! i ate one of each...but tt's my dinner.. and now stomachache is back.. =S and the medicine sux.. =(
