We lament for the loss... we cannot return to those days... we can only let the memories play on like a video...it's nice to look back...smile or even cry at what you miss... but when we let nostalgia overwhlems and controls us... nostalgia becomes a pain. Don't let nostalgia be a pain too cos today is already the pain. There's only so much one can take.
