a hAppY day

today is friday and it's my free day! decided to relax today cos had really worked hard since last week and just finished a test yesterdae.. so today went shopping!! i bought 3 tops.. v contented with my shoppin today.. i guess brenda did too.. she spend really alot.. think abt 5 times as much the amt of $$ i spent.. wah.. had been thinking of shopping for a long long time, ever since the lecture on shopping and fashion.. hahas...

the lecture is very interesting.. ppl always trying to look for clothes that suit their personality and when they say have have nothing to buy after a whole day shoppin, it's actually becos all the clothes they looked at din suit them.. so is not nothing to buy.. but ppl r reluctant to try new style of clothes tt tells a "different presonality".. hmm..

oh then brenda n i went to this event called the insomnia 48.. at the old parliament hse.. we were embarrassed on the way to city fr orchard cos we took the wrg direction train out of blurrness.. hahas.. so funnie.. n we were holding a map.. ppl might tot tt we r tourists! the map was given to us by mrt staff when we ask him which stop is near to the old parliament hse..

oh yah.. the event. very interesting.. have band lah, some v art form.. like videos, drawings but we find "reading to the corpse" quite disturbing.. then brenda was so contented to have sat on Lee KY seat in the old parliament.. hahas.. the interestin things are the free dancing.. like cha cha, waltz, salsa... and the MTV making!! saw the process of it..fr selecting song to recording voice n mtv.. v fun but the registration for tonite was full so had to go back tml if we wan to.. in the end u get to keep ur own mtv in a cd!! so cool... the day is really so fun!! ( except tt i had stiff neck n shoulder fr my bad posture of sleep last nite.. hahas)
